OTTO MACK JUNQUEIRA



Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Medical and Biological Sciences of Botucatu-SP (1973), Master in Zootechnics Concentration in Animal Nutrition from the Federal University of Viçosa (1976) and Ph.D. in Animal Science - University of Florida (1982). Has experience in Animal Husbandry, focusing on Animal Nutrition Requirements, acting on the following subjects: nutrition and feeding of broilers, laying hens and pigs; determination of nutritional requirements and utilization of digestible amino acids, ideal protein and additives for monogastric. Former Member of the CNPq Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Directors Board of the Brazilian College of Animal Nutrition (CBNA). He is a Scientific Advisor at FAPESP since 1997, CNPq Level 1B Researcher and PNPD/Capes Project Coordinator. He was Full Professor at State University of São Paulo Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP/Jaboticabal). Professor at the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), Jataí Campus since 2012.
