Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the Lavras College of Agriculture (1990), a master's degree in Animal Science from the Federal University of Lavras (1994) and a doctorate in Animal Science from the Federal University of Lavras (2004). Visiting Professor at Cornell University (2013). He's currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Goiás. Has experience in Animal Science, focusing on Ruminant Simulation Models, acting on the following subjects: ruminants, milk production, modeling, production systems and dairy cattle.
