Deliver to the office:

1. ID Card and CPF photocopy

2. Proof of Address (Address in Term)

3. Proof of Current Account (Initial bank statement or card photocopy)

4. Commitment Term. Recognize in Notary's Office

5. Scholarship Register Form. Recognize in Notary's Office:

A) CAPES-DS

Observations:

To receive CAPES and CNPq scholarships you must have a checking account at Banco do Brasil (Cannot be savings). The Curriculum Lattes should be updated.
